1% Strength and Performance was founded with the goal of improving athletic performance across all sports whilst keeping athletes injury free. By following the training systems of 1% Strength and Performance you will improve how you move and feel both on the field and in everyday life.
Strength and conditioning programs based around your goals, sport and current ability levels. With a range of programs available, we will make sure we have the one most suited to your current needs.
Using the trainheroic app allows for a more interactive training experience. The trainheroic app is free and your coach will automatically appoint your training program to you through the app. Your training sessions will be appointed to the appropriate day, but you can always swipe forward or back to do them at a time that suits you better. All of your exercises will have a video demonstration, as well as notes on the sets and reps required. You are able to type in the weights you use, reps & sets completed and any notes you had for you and your coach to reflect on.
